Choose the intended filter#
Server Control manages your company-hosted Gateway, Agent and Download filters. Select an individual role or all your filters. The control request is scoped to your subscription.
Wait for a confirmed outcome#
An accepted request enters the runtime queue. Queued, Running, Succeeded and Failed describe the operation. The process state is reported separately; an operation being accepted is not the same as a process being alive.
Do not repeatedly submit restarts while an operation is pending. If the host cannot confirm the state, check the last operation and logs before retrying.
Plan for player impact#
Stopping or restarting a filter can disconnect its sessions. Schedule customer-facing changes, verify your destinations and test reconnects after the operation.
