Plans show the name, player limit, monthly price and features configured by the company. Only available plans can be purchased. Longer renewal periods use the displayed quote; do not assume a discount unless it is included.
Purchase and activation#
Choosing a plan creates a purchase invoice for your account. The subscription stays pending until its payment is approved. Use the invoice detail page to follow the current status.
Player limits and actual capacity#
Your subscription's player limit is different from a hardware capacity benchmark. Adding routes or enabling features does not increase the subscribed player limit automatically.
