How account, payment and technical information supports the service, and how to contact us about your data.

Information used to operate SROFort

We process account/contact details, authentication and security records, order and payment references, receipts you upload, server/SQL configuration, device-registration identifiers, support messages and operational logs needed to provide, bill and secure the service. Customer SQL credentials are sensitive service configuration; restrict their permissions and never include them in support screenshots.

Purpose, access and service providers

Information is used for account access, delivery, support, security, payment review and legal obligations. Authorized staff and infrastructure/payment/email providers receive only the access reasonably needed for those purposes. We do not sell SQL credentials. Necessary cookies maintain login and security; optional tracking requires a separate lawful basis or consent where required.

Retention and requests

We retain information only as reasonably needed for service, security, billing/disputes and applicable legal obligations, and limit access to operational records. Some records may need to be preserved for a legal claim or payment dispute. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, an account closure or information about applicable rights. We verify the requester and explain a lawful reason when a request cannot be fully fulfilled. This notice does not claim that every jurisdiction has identical retention or privacy rules.
