Refunds & payment disputes
How to request review, what records we use, and how mandatory rights apply to digital services and manual payments.
Contact and information
Request review through your support ticket or [email protected]. Include the invoice number, payer reference, date, issue and supporting details. Never send a password, private key or full card details. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days; payment-provider settlement times vary.
Duplicate, unactivated or undelivered orders
Tell us promptly about a duplicate charge or payment for a service that was not activated or delivered. We review the payment and service records and refund an eligible duplicate or undelivered amount. A pending payment screenshot does not itself prove that funds were received. A service already delivered or consumed may be assessed differently, subject to mandatory rights.
Defects, outages and cancellation
Report an alleged defect so we can investigate and offer a reasonable remedy. Where the service materially fails its agreed description and cannot be remedied, applicable law may require cancellation, a price reduction or a refund. Ordinary discretionary cancellation does not automatically refund a consumed service period, reserved resources or completed custom work; legally required refunds remain available. Canceling renewal prevents future renewal only where such a recurring agreement exists; it does not erase a valid past order.
Digital services and statutory withdrawal
Where consumer withdrawal rules apply, they remain available. A request to start a service immediately is not a blanket waiver of all rights. For a service begun at your express request, lawful withdrawal may involve a proportionate charge for service already supplied. Loss of a withdrawal right for fully performed services or separately supplied digital content requires the specific consent, acknowledgment and confirmation required by applicable law. We do not treat activation alone as an automatic waiver of all SaaS withdrawal rights.
Transfer and cryptocurrency refunds
Approved refunds normally return to the original verified payer and method when supported. For manual or cryptocurrency transfers we verify the payer, destination and supported network before sending a separate return transaction. Blockchain payments are irreversible; refund eligibility is distinct from the technical inability to reverse a transfer. Any proposed lawful deduction or network fee must be explained before agreement and cannot override mandatory rights. Never pay an unexpected fee to a person claiming to unlock a refund.
Disputes and fraud
You may use a payment provider's legitimate dispute process. Contacting support first often resolves errors faster, but this does not waive your provider or legal rights. We may contest a false claim using relevant evidence of consent, payment, delivery and usage. Forged screenshots, stolen payment details and deliberate misrepresentation are prohibited. We do not impose an automatic penalty simply for opening a good-faith dispute, nor promise a particular outcome from PayPal or any card issuer.
